PT Mitra Melati is seeking a dedicated and responsible Assistant Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, ensuring the safety of our employees and assets. This is a full-time position located in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. The salary range for this role is Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security systems and respond to any security breaches or threats.,Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.,Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Work closely with other security personnel to ensure a coordinated response to any security incidents.,Provide assistance to employees in case of emergencies or security concerns.,Ensure compliance with all security regulations and company policies.,Participate in security drills and training sessions to maintain and improve security skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a related field.,Knowledge of security systems and procedures.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid security certification or license (preferred but not required).,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
