📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production activities to meet daily targets.,Monitor and report on production progress, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in the production process.,Maintain accurate records of production data and materials.,Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.,Assist in the training and development of new production staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Familiarity with production planning and control systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate various types of machinery.
