In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. You'll greet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure that every detail of the dining experience meets our high standards. You'll work closely with our kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will be key to creating a memorable experience for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring they feel at home.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly, maintaining a clean and tidy dining area.
• Assist with the delivery of food and beverages to tables, ensuring timely service.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing the Brotzeit® brand with pride.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or food service role, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Clover, or Toast is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Professional appearance and grooming, with a strong personal presentation.
• Ability to work well in a team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
