📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver high-quality science lessons that engage and inspire students, using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
• Create and implement lesson plans, assessments, and educational materials that align with national curriculum standards and school objectives.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and practical activities to demonstrate scientific concepts and encourage hands-on learning.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science program, share best practices, and participate in professional development activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for science.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends, technologies, and research in the field of science education.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting, preferably in the field of science.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum standards for science education in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning.
• Passion for science education and a commitment to inspiring students to develop a lifelong love for learning.
• Valid teaching certificate or license, as required by Indonesian regulations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
