In this role, you will be working closely with our management team to ensure that our café meets the highest standards of quality and service. You will be responsible for training and mentoring our baristas, as well as overseeing our coffee inventory and ensuring that we have everything we need to make the perfect cup of coffee. Every day, you will be on the front lines, interacting with our customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of baristas to ensure high-quality coffee is served to customers.
• Oversee coffee inventory and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Work closely with management to ensure that the café meets the highest standards of quality and service.
• Interact with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Monitor and maintain coffee equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans and supplies.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Certification in coffee brewing or a related field is a plus.
