We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us maintain a positive and productive work environment. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
