📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales tracking.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to maintain high service standards.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Assist in organizing promotions, sales events, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
