PT Bhakti Gading is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a proven track record of success, and excellent leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
