Seed Web Sentosa is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position based in Tanjung Balai. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available for use when needed.,Oversee the fueling and refueling of vehicles, tracking fuel usage and identifying areas for cost savings.,Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures related to vehicle use and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle transactions and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Participate in safety inspections and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
