Puskesmas Lestari Health Center is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and maintain a portfolio of retail sales channels, including online and in-store sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and address customer concerns and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of retail sales channels.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
