📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring all financial operations are running smoothly and efficiently.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, helping to drive the financial performance of the company.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a similar industry or company size.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
