Bona Technology Sdn Bhd is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA/QC Executive to join our manufacturing team in Badung, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control processes in the manufacturing facility.,Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards.,Develop and maintain quality control documentation and procedures.,Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on quality standards and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality policies.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards (ISO, ASQ, etc.).,Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality control charts.,Experience with quality control equipment and laboratory testing.,Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
