You will work closely with our team to ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.,Monitor and manage the service desk system to ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.,Work closely with our team to ensure that all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.,Ensure that all technical issues are documented and recorded in the service desk system.,Provide training and support to our clients on the use of our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer service and technical support.,Work with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the development process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
