🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field,Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and networks,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus
