📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products and services.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents accurately and on time.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with school policies and standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Provide support to the procurement team and other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, contract management, and supplier relationship management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
