📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and edit technical documents, manuals, and guides,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and proofread documents for clarity and correctness,Maintain and update technical documentation libraries,Assist in developing and implementing documentation standards and procedures,Provide support to the marketing team with product descriptions and other promotional materials,Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve technical writing skills,Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience with documentation management systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint),Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
