📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including discipline and grievance handling.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in managing HR administration tasks, including payroll and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of HR-related events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
