In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products,Oversee inventory management and stock control to prevent shortages and excess,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control,Proficient in using distribution management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution practices is a plus
