📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize export-import operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth trade transactions.
Handle documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and shipping agents to secure favorable terms and rates.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to export-import activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in international trade.
Provide training and support to junior staff on export-import procedures and software.
Represent the company in trade-related meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations or a similar role.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with good knowledge of Indonesian.
Familiarity with export-import management software such as SAP, TradeLink, or similar.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, including but not limited to HS Codes, Incoterms, and trade agreements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid export-import license and certifications as required by the company.
