📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels and movements.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Work closely with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations efficiently.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.,Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
