As an Injection Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing injection-molded products, from concept to production. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and develop injection-molded products using SolidWorks and other CAD software
- Analyze and optimize injection molding processes to improve product quality and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing ones
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigation to identify and resolve product quality issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and process sheets
- Participate in product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in injection molding and mechanical design
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding and mechanical design
- Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD software
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and quality control
- Experience with mold flow analysis software, such as Moldex3D or NX Moldflow
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, ASTM, and FDA
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
