Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of tea plantation facilities,Develop and implement engineering plans and specifications for infrastructure projects,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the industry,Conduct site inspections and quality control to maintain high standards,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff,Manage budgets and resources for assigned projects,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
