PRISM Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team in Pekanbaru. As a Lead Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Conduct tax planning and strategy sessions to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings.,Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services and support.,Monitor and report on tax audits and disputes, providing strategic advice and representation.,Contribute to the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Professional certification in tax (e.g., CPA, CT, ATT) is a plus.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Proficiency in English and local language is required.,Experience with tax software and tools is a plus.
