📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telesales.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching.,Manage and track team performance using CRM software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
