📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings using various recruitment channels.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
