📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Drive sales and profitability by analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvement strategies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
