Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify requirements,Write clear, concise, and accurate user guides, manuals, and other technical documents,Ensure consistency and quality in all technical documentation,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and completeness,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to junior team members,Work with marketing and sales teams to create promotional and sales materials🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills🛠️ Keahlian
