📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate training needs and design programs to address those needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve them.,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
