📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate air freight operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking of shipments.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
• Work with a team of logistics professionals to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of shipments.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in air freight operations, with a strong understanding of IATA regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in using air freight management software such as CargoWise or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
