As a Facilities Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of building infrastructure and A&A projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of building infrastructure and addition & alteration (A&A) projects.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope documents.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Collaborate with the Institution Leasing team to support the success of our clients' projects.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities project management, with a focus on building infrastructure and A&A projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards in Bali is a plus.
