📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mixology and bar service to continuously improve your skills.
• Work collaboratively with the bar manager to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Participate in team events and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a bar or hospitality environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Valid ID and age requirement as per local laws.
