📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas of our premises.
• Handle special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning and organizing, to ensure our facilities are always immaculate.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and disinfectants, effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to address any maintenance or repair issues related to cleanliness.
• Ensure that all cleaning areas are stocked with the necessary supplies and that they are used appropriately.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
• Report any issues or concerns related to cleanliness or maintenance to the appropriate personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and disinfectants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and guidelines.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
