📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates for furniture and interior projects using tools such as Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Collaborating with design and production teams to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Providing clear and concise information to clients about project timelines, costs, and deliverables.
• Analyzing and interpreting project data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Managing and mentoring junior estimators and project coordinators.
• Attending industry conferences and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation and project planning, preferably in the furniture and interior design industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation software such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Estimating Master.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
